Each year Guelph GoGo Grandmothers rent a table at the Saturday morning market, the last several years for two months, March-April. The main objective is to raise awareness about  the needs of African grandmothers and the grassroot projects that the Grandmothers Campaign supports. We recognize that the Saturday morning market will not raise a lot of money, but it's a great way to educate and distribute SLF materials, reach into the community to all ages, and a great way to promote our upcoming events and projects.
The volunteer roster for sign-up was distributed by chair Joan at our January (2016) meeting, with an opportunity for early birds to volunteer to set up at 6:30 for the first  shift or the later time slot to stay and pack up at noon.
